Aloe Park at Mmakgatle

Since its inception this recently established camping site has grown in popularity and quickly established a reputation as a fisherman’s paradise.

Matlala offers a launch for flotillas and boats as well as more than enough camping facilities, with 94 plug points, overlooking the Flags Boshielo Dam at one of the most picturesque areas of the dam. 24 hour security is available.

There are two lovely swimming pools for overnight guests. Please don’t swim in the dam, its is infested with crocodiles.

A fully stocked shop and bottle store is available, everything that you might require is available.

We have hosted many fishing competitions in the past and recently the Largest Recorded South African Bass was caught

at Aloe Park.

We also recently have added to our accommadation,  Chalets with sharing Bathrooms for now.  Self catering guest house

with a no of Room occupation options.  All types of accommadation for all types of Pockets.
